Recipe
Ingredients:
Almond
Turmeric
Ginger
Cinnamon
Pinch of Black Pepper
Pitted Date (soaked)
Palm Sugar
Water (to thinner)
How to make:
1. Soak dates and almond separately over night.
2. Drain and peeled the almond
3. Blitz all ingredients untill well combined
4. Bring to boil in a boiling pot until simmer.
5. Get a nut milk bag and squeeze the milk.
6. Sprinkle with a little of cinnamon on top
7. Drink while it still warm
Ps. : you can use the pulp for smoothie with banana or mixed it with sugar for face & body scrub.
