Ingredients:
Wheat Toast
Egg
Tomato
Lettuce
Butter
Chia Seed
How to :
1. Scrambled Egg with Butter until fluffy (be careful not to burnt the egg!)
2. Slice Tomato and wash the lettuce (dry a little bit at the mean time)
3. Toast the bread with a melted butter until golden brown and fragrant.
4. Prepare the bread, add the lettuce, tomato, scrambled egg and sprinkle some chia seed.
5. Ready to eat. Enjoy!
Ps. : You can add cheese or avocado, if you desire. Or any ingredients that across your mind, might be Smoked Ham or Sauté Mushroom with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sky is the limit. Or simple homemade sauce like Lemon + Olive Oil + Salt + Pepper + garlic will help to enhance the flavour. It's truly kicking out your tummy.
