Green Smoothie
Ingredients :
Bok Choy (or any other green leaves)
Frozen Banana
Green Apple
Cucumber
Ginger (peel and grated)
Flax Seed
Chia Seed
Water
How to :
Blitz all the ingredients until well combined.
Serve with Chia Seed on top.
Enjoy!!
Ps : you can replace water with Coconut Water for more tastier and healthier choice.
French Toast (without Maple Syrup)
Ingredients :
Bread
Egg
Milk (you can use either dairy or non dairy milk)
Cinnamon Powder
Banana
Almond
Pumpkin Seed
Chia Seed
Butter
How to :
1. Whisk egg and milk with cinnamon until dissolve.
2. Soak the bread with the mixture of egg & cinnamon milk.
3. Heat the skillet with butter, and toast the bread until done.
4. Grilled the banana with cinnamon sugar until golden brown. Set aside.
5. Toast almond and pumpkin seed to get that crunchy bite.
6. Set the bread on a plate, add the remaining ingredients like caramelised banana, toasted almond & pumpkin seed. and not to forget sprinkle that Chia Seed on top.
7. Voila! Ready to serve and enjoy to the very berry last bite. Heavenly mouthwatering.
