I experienced bad hair day, which is very sticky, oily and clumpy. It happens right after i swim near my home. It because of the "Kaporit" (Calcium hypochlorite) dosage is used too much, its help to make the water look clear and clean. Yet it very harmful to the skin, hair, and it's not even saved if it consumed.
Routes of Exposure
Inhalation
Hypochlorite solutions can liberate toxic gases such as chlorine. Chlorine's odor or irritant properties generally provide adequate warning of hazardous concentrations. However, prolonged, low-level exposures, such as those that occur in the workplace, can lead to olfactory fatigue and tolerance of chlorine's irritant effects. Chlorine is heavier than air and may cause asphyxiation in poorly ventilated, enclosed, or low-lying areas.
Children exposed to the same levels of gases as adults may receive a larger dose because they have greater lung surface area:body weight ratios and higher minute volumes:weight ratios. Children may be more vulnerable to corrosive agents than adults because of the smaller diameter of their airways. In addition, they may be exposed to higher levels than adults in the same location because of their short stature and the higher levels of chlorine found nearer to the ground.
Skin/Eye Contact
Direct contact with hypochlorite solutions, powder, or concentrated vapor causes severe chemical burns, leading to cell death and ulceration.
Because of their relatively larger surface area:weight ratio, children are more vulnerable to toxicants affecting the skin.
Ingestion
Ingestion of hypochlorite solutions causes vomiting and corrosive injury to the gastrointestinal tract. Household bleaches (3 to 6% sodium hypochlorite) usually cause esophageal irritation, but rarely cause strictures or serious injury such as perforation. Commercial bleaches may contain higher concentrations of sodium hypochlorite and are more likely to cause serious injury. Metabolic acidosis is rare, but has been reported following the ingestion of household bleach. Pulmonary complications resulting from aspiration may also be seen after ingestion.
And this is not the first time, i had a very very bad hair day. It makes me cry and desperate. I wash my hair a few times (maybe 6 or 7 times) with regular shampoo but it did not work. The next day i try to go to saloon, but still it feel sticky on the inside and the hair stylist even say it very oily and hard to dry out. He suggest me to use "Sunlight" and i did try, oh my it still not work at all. Then i try to research on internet and i found some tips, which is :
1. Beer
2. Coke
3. Apple Cider Vinegar + Bakin Soda + Lemon
4. Rinse with Warm Water
5. Olive Oil
6. Dry Shampoo
7. After Swim Shampoo (any brand one of them is Awapuhi Ginger Shampoo and Conditioner duo by Organix) which is very expensive around 100k, more expensive than regular shampoo.

I tried rinse with warm water, add some cooking oil (not olive oil, cause i don't have any) and rinse with beer. Thanks God it really work and help me a lot! My hair back to normal. I love Pantene Aqua Pure, it really help loosen my sticky clumpy hair. This is made me feel very sad, because i feel so sick and trauma of swimming. The man who take care of the pool say it because of the raining and he lazy to change the water and just put those harm tablet, that i see on the bottom of the pool, there are maybe 7 tablets (some of them are smaller, which i assumed already there for many hours). Why those lazy people never concern the bad effect of that Calcium hypochlorite instead of change the water. Is it because they trying to save up the cost and simply take the risk to the people? Even we as the resident who pay the contribution fee (dues) for the facility, and get the bad quality instead? My concern is not only my problem, but there are a lot of infant, and adult who swim there and never know the bad effect after they swim.
I also want to share that i crazily use flour to get ride of my sticky hair, and yes i look like a grandma. LOL and the next thing i use is coffee powder which is smells good but made my bed full of coffee.
Don't even try this at home!! Maybe i should buy Swimming Cap to cover my hair from that hazard things called Calcium hypochlorite (Kaporit)
So here, i spend some $$$ for my hair treatment, which is quite helping and the review are below.
I love the smell of this Shampoo, really soft and make my hair light but not drenched (Lepek). It help to repair a damaged hair. But it not help my clumpy sticky hair (after swim). Maybe it not the fault of this product, because of that hazard things are too strong and difficult to remove unless i rinse with Warm Water (i boil hot water on boiling pot, not use drinking water, and mixed with cold water, so its lukewarm)
I also in love with this product, it give my hair light, soft, good smell result. Very pleasant and help me to get my normal hair back after that Tragedy of Swim. (Not-to-forget-to-mention that CLUMPY STICKY OILY hair) LOL to the max. Maybe i will continue buy this after my Pantene Anti Dandruff is finish. It cost a little bit more expensive than Anti Dandruff Shampoo. Because it suggest that i can use it everyday and not contained any Paraben (Chemical Compund: Parabens are a class of widely used preservatives in cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. Chemically, they are a series of parahydroxybenzoates or esters of parahydroxybenzoic acid. Parabens are effective preservatives in many types of formulas) as the colour of the shampoo is clear and smell very pleasant.
