i tried pancake from Sisterfield, and its so fucking GOOD.. the pancake are so soft, fluffy, like a cotton or cloud pillow. Super love the plating, so beautiful, Especially the raspberry sorbet, and a lot of pistachio nuts. i think its baked, cuz its crunchy and have a little bit sweet taste. It is a Combo with real fresh strawberry fruits, cut in half, whipped cream, real raspberry, fresh mint leaves, strawberry sauce (fyi, its a bit sour, but its good when you have it in a spoon with the pancake and the sorbet itself.
