Red Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients :
Bokchoy (pakchoy)
Banana
Rock Melon
Red Dragon Fruit
Ginger 
Flax Seed
Chia Seed

Topping
Almond
Pumpkin Seed
Goji Berries
Chia Seed Pudding (i am using dairy milk, but you can use non dairy milk like soy milk or almond milk)

First attempt to made a smoothie with a natural bowl that is no need to clean afterward (which is more go green and not harm to the environment). First of all, i thanks God after my blender had been repaired for 1 week and i cant drink any smoothie. But yes today i nailed it and its is fixed! Second i didnt blend the smoothies with the frozen banana or frozen pineapple, just fresh and still good, but yeah the consistency of thick creamy that i didnt get make the smoothies a bit watery. So i add the chia seed pudding to make the topping can float on the surfaces. Thats the challange and some of the melon ball and red dragon fruit ball is sinking to the bottom (sad *sob*) never mind i still maintain to make some of them still working! And the other failed is i add a lot of ginger, it quite ruin the taste itself become quite spicy. And i forget to add Pineapple the holly fruit that always help the smoothie become edible, fragrant, more tasty!!!!! Because i think theres is too much fruit i add like melon, dragon fruit and banana. So i skip the pineapple and decided to add it to my next smoothie. Sorry my smoothie only posted on weekend guys, not weekday cause i am a working woman (yeah i am an employee, so there is not so much time in the morning to get this kinda good vibe picture that take some effort and i am not a morning person. Hehehe sorry friends!!!) anyway happy Sunday all!
