Papaya Boat









Green Smoothie 

Ingredients:
Papaya
Bokchoy
Banana
Flax sed
Water

How to :
Blitz all ingredients until well combined. Set aside.

Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:
Chia Seed
Plain Yogurt

How To :
Soak the chia seed in plan yogurt for a few minutes, until it risen and fluffy.
Set Aside.

NOW, The part of the PAPAYA BOAT

Ingredients :
Green Smoothie
Chia Seed Pudding
Banana
Almond 
Pumpkin Seed
Chia Seed
Papaya (whole and cut into half)


HOW TO :
Cut Into half the Papaya, and remove the seed.
Scoop out the papaya, to make a bigger space for the green smoothie
Add the green smoothie to the hole and add the chia seed.
Topped up with Banana, Almond, Pumpkin Seed, Chia Seed and Goji Berry.
Ready to enjoy.
