Healthy breakfast : Green Smoothie & Whole Wheat Toast with Strawberry Chia Seed Jam & Brazilian Cinnamon Paste

Ingredients
Pineapple
Kiwi
Cucumber
Bok Choy
Yakult

How to
Blitz all the ingredients until fully combined
Serve in a glass and enjoy.

 Whole Wheat Toast with Strawberry Chia Seed Jam & Brazilian Cinnamon Paste

Ingredients :
Whole Wheat Bread
Strawberry Chia Seed Jam
Brazilian Cinnamon Paste
Chia Seed
Kiwi
Strabwerry
Yakult

How to :
Heat the skillet and toast the bread until golden brown without oil or butter (careful not to burn)
Spread the strawberry chia seed jam on one side and brazilian cinnamon paste on other toast.
Sprinkle with chia seed and top with strawberry and kiwi. Complete with Yakult

Strawberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients:
Strabwerry
Chia Seed
Honey (or sugar)

How to:
Blitz all the ingredients and store in a jar.

Brazilian Cinnamon Paste

Ingredients:
Brazilian Nuts
Cinnamon Powder
Salt
Organic Palm Sugar

How to:
Pulse all the ingredients until fully combined.
Spread on cracker, bread or cucumber.
If any leftover, keep in a jar.
