Salad Day



Plants Based Whole Food (except the hard boiled egg)

Ingredient
Cherry Tomato
Shredded Carrot
Cucumber
Cauliflower
Edamame
Chinese Cabbage ( bokchoy )


How to Prepare :
1. Bring to boil Cauliflower in boiling pot for about 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
2. Cooked Edamame, Shredded carrot and Chinese Cabbage in hot boiling water until tender and try to pinch with fork if it is done.
3. Rinse Pearl Quinoa 3 to 4 times to remove the bitterness and boil like cook normal rice,
stir with Fork until it become fluffy and drain, leave aside.
4. Boil Farm Egg for about 7 minutes and remove the shell.
5. Prepare all the vegetable into a serving plate.
(You can discard the egg, if you feel discomfort)

FYI :
I don't use any dressing (sauce), but you can make it to enhance the flavour.
or simply use a Gurih Ya Seasoning which is vegan friendly (but aware of the Garlic)
