I love this ramen, the texture is chewy and the broth is full of flavour made from real chicken stock.

For my taste, the soup is quite more oily than Udon. The Chicken is tender and moist, with Bamboo Shoot and Chives, Nori Sheet (Seaweed). I add the garlic mashed, Chili Powder, White Pepper and Soy Sauce, it give more flavour. I really enjoy this Ramen. Maybe next time i will try their other menu, which is Tsuke-men (Ramen and the thick broth/sauce are separated) and the dessert (Mochi Green Tea Ice Cream with Red Bean)
