I saw my friend always post this Puffle on Path and Instagram ( i thought the name is egg waffle which is quite famous in Hong Kong ). I have to wait around 15 minutes to get the Puffle done. I choose the ice cream is Green Tea and Oreo. The Ambient is quite nice, and interior quite luxury. I quite enjoy my first bite, the combination of the chewy texture of the Puffle (looks like Mochi which is chewy or "Kenyel") and the cold ice cream Green Tea with chocolate chip are amazing. The side of the Puffle is Crispy and golden brown with nice smell of baked Puffle.
Actually you can eat it with hand, it looks like cone, they roll it and put the ice cream inside. What make special is the ice cream made with nitrogen. You should try this Puffle!!
