Edamame Soup


Ingredients :

Edamame
Salt
Black pepper
Dried Basil
Water
Garlic

How to:
Soaked edamame in water for 30 minutes or overnight
Blitz edamame with water and one clove of garlic.
Bring to boil in pot with medium heat
Season with salt, black pepper and dried basil.
(you can add Olive oil if desired)
Add boiled edamame on top for garnish (or add double cream for creamy texture)

FYI : usually people are boil the edamame and blitz, then bring it back to pot again to keep warm. But i do in different way, i blitz it until smooth and cook for about 15 minutes.
