This is the pool near my home, there are many kids swim with their parents. The pool is clean and good facility for people to keep in fit and healthy. Some time i also swim for about 1 to two hours. After that my body feel fresh and full of energy. It takes only 5 minutes from my home to reach the pool. But sometimes i also do some jogging and running, walking as well around the alley.

This is my attire for work out, in the afternoon. My Sport shoes is Reebok and it has been 3 years back then, when i bough it. I change the rope, into brown colour, actually it came with white colour,

Nike Run Application on Android

I use Nike + Run to help my cardio. This application can be found on Play Store on Android or iPhone and it is free. What i love the most from this application is, you can easily track the route, count how many laps, times, movement (how fast are you running), and what kind of shoes are you using as the Gear. It is okay, if you don't use a Nike Sport Shoes, you can use any kind of brand. I don't choose what gear i use, the most important is how you keep up with your busy schedule to get a short work out. Usually i do some walking for 10 minutes, and continue with running, and sometime i improve the speed as well until i feel tired, i start walking and continue running.

It is important to take a break if you feel dizzy, to prevent faint or heartache.

You can eat smoothie or low carb meal before Cardio, don't drink water too much.

After Cardio (jogging) you can eat food with low sugar and low salt, for example : Fruits and Vegetables, Yoghurt, Smoothie or Salad (without Dressing).
