Veggie Wrapped in Nori


Ingredients :

Lettuce
Tomato
Carrot
Green Bean
Kidney Beans
Nori Sheet (dried)


How to : 
Cooked the carrot, green bean and kidney beans in boiling water, don't overcooked. 
Take out from the stove after 5 minutes and drain it.
Wash and cleanse the lettuce, remove the corner.
Slice the tomato into thick wedges and set aside.
Take a nori sheet and arrange the vegetable one by one.
Wrapped it like Sushi and ready to enjoy.

You can use any kind of vegetable according to your preferences, like avocado, cucumber, Enoki Mushroom, Quinoa, etc. The sky is the limit, any veggies or even fruits, might be added as the filling.

I took a very big bite and all the vitamin come into one. It is healthy, not expensive and easy to make, rather than those fast food or junk food, with greasy oil and bad cholesterol.

i love the vibrant colour from each of the vegetables. Orange, yellow, green, brown are very colourful  and this meal nourish my body.
