Edamame Milk

Edamame Milk

Ingredients :
Mukimame ( edamame without shell )
Water
Sugar
Blender
Boiling pot

How to :
1. Soak Mukimame in water for overnight
2. Drain the soaked mukimame and remove the skin
3. Blitz the mukimame with water
4. Drain with nut milk bag.
5. Bring to boil for about 5 minutes, add sugar if desired.
6. Remove the foam and pour into a small jar.

FYI : 
Drink it right away or chilled in the freezer for a cold drink.
Great ingredient for Green Smoothies, Chia Seed Pudding, or Overnight Oats
