15 May 2015 - my healthy lunch

Today is Friday and some people are still in holiday, while i have to go to office. And my work load has been waiting..... I decided to pack my own lunch which is only contains veggies and no meat. Because simply i wanted to eat more plantbased wholefoods that naturally made without any preservatives. It taste great by the way, just sprinkle a little salt and my favourite spice "black pepper" which my mom bought fron traditional market that came in whole and she ground it into smaller shape.

Ingredients:

Tofu ( Tahu Cina )
Edamame
Sweet Corn
Carrot
Cherry Tomato
Green Beans
Salt
Black pepper

How to :
1. Steam the tofu
2. Boiled the edamame, sweet corn, carrot, green beans.
3. Season with Salt and Black Pepper.
4. Store on the container.
5. Ready to eat for lunch.
