Home Made Banana Oat Honey Face Mask (DIY)

This morning i did not go to church. So i decided to go swimming this afternoon around 4 pm. It has been long time,i dont go to the pool. As usual the crowd is full of kids and their parents. Luckily there is no any swim coach, cause i know they teach every Saturday afternoon. So i prevent to swim on Saturday. Poor me, my google was broken and i was quite confuse should i swim without any google or simply go back to home. I think twice and i did swim. Feel so good after long time never touch the water, it clean and some fallen leaves from tree are floating. But i doesn't matter. The kids are the matter, they are playing instead of swimming and aometimes block my way as i go straight, so i have to stop and wait for them to move. I love swimming, since i had learns swimming from primary school. It is one of my favourite sports, beside running. It does burn your calories without any sweat and i just love swimming so much , it can be outdoor or indoor does not bother me. Then i finish at 6 pm and went back to home.




When i reach home i always take a shower and wash my swim wear by hand, not use washing machine. Cause i am afraid my swim wear will destroy or transfer color. Then i decided to make a home made face mask. Since the ingredients is very simple. I only need Banana, Rolled Oats and Honey. So i mush the banana into soft texture and mixed with rolled oats and pure honey. Stir until well combine and apply unto my face. Leave on my face for 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Next Step is cleanse your face with facial wash or any soap. Voila! Your skin feel fresh and soft. You can thanks me later. I am ready for Monday. No more Monday Blue. Cheers. XoXo
