How To Cooked Quinoa

1. Get a cup of uncooked pearl quinoa
2. Rinse for three to four times. It help to remove the bitterness taste.
3. Bring boil the pearl Quinoa in boiling pot. Stir with fork, until fluffy.
4. Remove from stove and drain. Set aside
5. Let it cool and you can use for Salad or Rice Substitute for sushi / or eat it with Grilled Salmon. I love to eat with Brocoli, Avocado and Enoki Mushroom and of course some crunchy sensation from Raw Nuts (almond, walnut, brazilian nuts, etc you name it). 1. This is how Uncooked Pearl Quinoa looks like. Dry and have quite strong smell


2. Rinse with clean water for thee to four times.


3. Cooked the pearl quinoa in hot boiling water until fluffy. Stir with fork in boiling pot. 

Ps.: dont overcooked or it will be mushy like porridge texture.



4. Drain the cooked pearl quinoa and set aside. You can directly use it for any kind of dish like salad, etc. Or you can store in a tight container and storage in refrigerator for next cooking.
