Left Over Mixed Quinoa Salad

Hey Jude, Don't Be Afraid.. This song is quite oldies, but i still love it. Like this simple dish with Left Over Ingredients that i made for Rainbow Sushi. Once Again it may be look so dodgy or gross, but trust me it taste so good and i just can't deny it.
Like wise man always say "Don't judge the book by its cover"

At first spoon, i feel butterfly on my stomach. The combination of sweetness, tanginess, crunchy and a bit saltiness is really make my tongue groove. Especially the sweetness that naturally come from Raisin, Sweet Corn Kernels, Goji Berry. And the crunchy texture from Cucumber, crispy Raw Almond, that give a Next Level Flavour that burst into your mouth. Edamame or i can mostly say it is MUKIMAME since it was unshelled give a pack of nutrition and vitamin that can be found on meat (really good source of Protein for Vegan). Last but not least the saltiness from natural seasoning Gurih Ya (Season For Anything) give a kick flavour, with the seaweed and Sesame Seed. The Seasoning not use any MSG, GMO, and Low Salt. For more addition of real goodness of Salad, i present the Black Whole Olive (thinly slice) and Brown Flaxseed are something different to add more texture and great for your health.

Every spoon deserve for someone who totally in love with healthy life style and clean eating.
