"Back To Basic Salad"

Back To Basic Salad means i don't use any super food like Quinoa or Flaxseed. I simply use a plants based whole food that grow from trees. I tend to love eating veggies more these days, simply because i do care of my body and concern of my healthy. Instead of destroy my body with too much oil, salt, chemical, artificial, colouring, non organic food that might burn your digest. Well, it may not seem on your body now, instead you can feel your body is ageing more than your real age, the worst things is caused a scary disease like Cancer, Thyroid, etc.



So i commit my self, to eat less of Red Meat like Pork, Beef,  Lamb and also Chicken. It doesn't mean i become vegetarian, but i still love drink Fresh Milk and eat Yogurt, Cheese. Maybe someday i will slowly turn Fresh Milk into Soy Milk or Almond Milk. And Yogurt with Soy yogurt, it quite hard find a Soy Yogurt in Indonesia, as well Cheese Vegan. My cousin who work in America told me, there is a lot of Vegetarian in USA, which is made her easily to find vegan food. Last time she gave me a Body Lotion for Vegan, with Coconut Flavour and it smell so nice and lovely.



I find a youtube channel that concern in Health Issue, 
she is actually an Actress named Sophie Navita.

I do love visit her Blog, Browse her Instagram and watch her Youtube Account. Once she said that people who grown up like adult, no need any calcium from Fresh Cow Milk. Because it is only for kids or infant that still in phase of growing. Instead of Cow's Milk, we suggested to drink Almond Milk or Soy Milk that can be found easily in modern Super Market or even Traditional Market. If you want to safe up, you may choose to made your own Almond Milk.

Ingredients :
Almond Milk
Vanilla
Mejdool Dates
Salt
Tofu Cloth Strainer
Blender

How to :
Soaked the blanched almond in water for 8 hours (overnight), it won't bloated, 
just enough to make the almond become soft (not hard as the raw almond)
If you use a pods vanilla, cut in half and take out the inner part which is the Vanilla itself (very fragrant). Or you can always use instant Vanilla (that come in a bottle)
Take out the seed from the Dates, and cut into smaller pieces.
Take the soaked almond (drained from the water, no need to dry) put on the blender, add water, vanilla, dates and a pinch of Salt.
Blend all until well mixed, you can stop once in a while, and continue blend again until all is crushed and combined.
Get a tofu strainer, and strain the almond milk, be careful not to break the cloth.
If you get the almond pulp, you can use it as a almond flour for baking. Simply just baked the pulp on oven and storage them on container. it last for a few days.
Pour the Almond Milk on a Maison Jar or any Glass.
If you want a long lasting Almond Milk, just cook on the stove and bring to boil.
For various flavour, you can add Matcha Powder (give the green vibe! babe!!), or even the superfood "Carob Powder" (the naturally version of Cocoa Powder)

Ingredients :

Cherry Tomato
Sweet Corn Kernel
Mukimame (Edamame without Shell)
Carrot

How to :
Boil Mukimame in hot boiling water, until easily pinch with fork. Drain and set aside.
Get a hot boiling water in boiling pot, add slices of carrot until it's cooked. 
Do the same for the Sweet Corn Kernel, until the colour change and cooked
Cherry Tomato no need to cook, you can present in whole either cut in half.
Arrange all the ingredients and ready to devour.

Ps. : I personally enjoy veggie without any dressing. Yet you can eat it with any choice of dressing, for example this simple dressing:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic (crushed and raw)
Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt
Black Pepper

Mixed them well and taste, you can add Dried Oregano fro more strong Flavour.
Pour dressing unto your salad. Enjoy !

Ps: You can mixed them and shake it. For me, i arrange them by cluster for a pretty colour looking.
Orange Green Yellow colour really brighten up my day.
