Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 Frozen Banana
8 Fresh Strawberries
1 tbs of Flaxseed Meal
1 cup of Soy Milk

How to :
Blend all the ingredients until well combined.

This is my favourite type of smoothies, the ingredients are so simple and taste good. i topped it with Goji Berry, when you soaked it for overnight, it will absorb the liquid and get fluffy, it naturally sweet  with a lot of good benefit for health. But i suggest to drink it directly after you blend it, because it will change colour into brown. The banana itself, caused the brownish colour, but do not worry it doesn't change the vitamin as long as you keep it on the fridge and avoid over exposure light. 

You may add flaxseed meal and chia seed as well, chia seed same like Dried Goji Berry that will become fluffy when it is soaked in liquid for a few hours or over night.
