Green Smoothies ( Caisim + Mango + Coconut Water )

As my green leaves is still on the fridge, i make another Green Smoothies, with Mango and Coconut Water (again). Yes, i do love coconut water. It has. Lot of beneficial not only as a sugar substitute but also very effective prevent Anti Ageing and Cancer. At first i was planned to buy avocado, but too bad i can't find any Avocado on Carrefour this evening (around 6 pm). Thats mean i have my plan B, there i go with Mango. At a glance i found a super interesting steamy hot sweet potato from a rack, a man who move those sweet potato looks eagerly place into the sink one by one. After i get my mango and kiwi, i was a bit curious to try. That man told me, "it is fresh from the oven, choose the softest one" and i get one just give it a try (it cost only around Idr 3.600)

Finally i come back home and as usual get a shower and prepare my working attire (well not into like bussiness woman, but still manage to be neat and clean). It took only 30 minutes to be done. My next action plan is make a green smoothie. I get a blender, chopping board, and all the ingredients i need to make a glass of smoothie.

Ingredients:
Chinese Cabbage (you can use spinach, kale, etc)
1 piece of Rippen Mango
1 Glass of Coconut Water (without the flesh)
2 tbs of Brown Flaxseed (you can substitute with Flaxseed Meal, it powder and very easy to make at home, just blend with food processor or normal belnder also works)

Garnish:
Goji Berry
Chia Seed

How to :
Rinse the green water with clean water three to four times. And wash it again one more time with Hit Water from dispenser. Drain and chop into smaller piece.
Unpeeled the mango and cut into smaller chunks.
Get a blender. Add the green leaves, mango, coconut water and flaxseed 
( or you can use flaxseed meal )
Blend all until well mixed, release the stop button and pause for a few second. Continue blend, until you get the smooth texture and watery.
Pour on a serving glass. Garnish with Goji bery and Chia Seed 
(which is edible and healthy, they are Superfood, what can i ask for more??)

Ps. If you want a creamy and thick texture you can freeze the mango or add a frozen banana to enchance the flavour. You may also add a plain yoghurt or almond milk.
