I love cooking, but i never promise about the flavour. Hehehe.. At least it can be eaten and most important cooked with love ❤ hahahah...
Today i alone at home, while my family went to eat Burger Blenger. I feel quite boring and decided to make something. And suddenly i remember the recipe from Rachel Ray, chocolate cake mug. And the adventures started. It was easy as cake.
The recipe is
2 tbs flour
4 tbs granulated sugar (or you can replace with brown sugar)
3 tbs cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tbs of olive oil
1/2 cup of fresh milk (can subtitute with milk powder)
Mixed all the ingredients untill well combined. Set in a microwave for about 2 - 3 minutes. When the colour turn brown and pop up from the mug. Try to stick with tooth pick, if not sticky it mean cooked well. Enjoy with fresh fruits like banana, strawberry or even Vanilla ice cream. When the cake turn around and start to pop up, it looks like a souffle... But the texture is more heavy and solid rather than Souffle.
Another recipe is "FUSILI BEEF WITH WHISKY"
Ingredients
Fusili Pasta
Ground / minced beef
Teriyaki Sauce
Garlic
Ginger
Olive oil
Carrot
Gouda cheese
Black olive
Whisky
How to :
Soaked the beef in teriyaki mixed sauce (twriyaki, ginger and garlic) for about 30 minutes.
Heat the pan, add olive oil and chopped garlic
Add the chopped garlic before the minced beef that soaked in Teriyaki sauce
Stir well until smell fragrant and the color turn brownish.
Add the boiled fusili pasta , carrot and whisky.
Fold all the ingredients until well cooperated and start to add the gouda cheese.
Garnish with black whole olive
Serve in a plate and enjoy.
