I begin to love smoothies, after saw a lot of fancy smoothies on instagram.

I try to create my own Smoothies, simply because it is healthy, delicious and easy to make.
Here is the recipe i would like to share with you guys.
Ingredients:
Frozen Banana
Frozen Strawberries
Fresh milk
Topping:
Chia Seeds
Flax Seeds
Fresh Slices of Banana
Fresh Slices of Strawberries
Blend all the Frozen Strawberries, Frozen Banana and a half cup of fresh milk.
Dont panic if you get thick texture, add more milk if you want slightly thinner.
Put the topping as you wish, you can add other topping such as cocoa nib, coconut, anything you like (you name it)
