Red Green White Smoothie |
Green:
Frozen Banana
Chinese Cabbage (caisim)
Grounded Flaxseed
Chia Seed
Red :
Frozen Watermelon
Strawberry
White :
Frozen Banana
How to Prepare :
Blitz Chinese Cabbage with a half cup of plain water until well combined.
Add the remain ingredients , Frozen Banana, Chia Seed and Grounded Flax Seed
Blitz one more time until dissolve, leave aside.
Wash the blender and add frozen watermelon with Fresh Strawberry (frozen are possible)
Blitz until all fully combine, and the colour become red.
Ps. i blitz the watermelon and freeze it into frozen cubes, and the result is similar like Slush
Cold and Sweet, very refreshing on your throat.
Wash Again the blender, pat with towel and add the last ingredient which is Frozen Banana
Blitz with normal speed (i use normal blender) until it become like soft serve ice cream
(don't over blitz, otherwise it will too watery)
For the first layer, arrange the Red Smoothie, continue add the White Smoothie, and Green Smoothie (The layer can be re-shuffle as you wish and the more layer is possible)
FYI : My White Smoothie, is not too thick, as the second layer overlapped by Green Smoothie, maybe its's not thick enough. It should be Green first and then Red, on Top should be White. But hey, never mind, at least i try more colour on my smoothie.
If you prefer saving time, or in rush, just blitz the red and white smoothie, so it should be Watermelon, Strawberry and Frozen banana Smoothie into one layer, as the colour is Red.
Other Fruits or Veggie Option for red colour, may include : Red Dragon Fruits, Beet, Red Spinach, Raspberry, etc.
