Today i can go back earlier from office at 4 pm, as the manager said tomorrow is the first day of fasting. I decided to take my member card from Club Sehat, and buy a Nut Cloth (for strainer). Because i am planning to make an Almond Milk. I love almond milk that i made lat week with Coconut Water, which is taste naturally sweet and no sugar added. Maybe next trial, i will try to make Almond Milk with Plain Water, and will see how it turn out. As i had researched from a few sources, Almond Milk will preserves only abut one week and the liquid will separate once its's storage in the fridge. But do not worry, you only need to shake it or stir it gently until it combine again. Perhaps i will make in a small batch, to drink it as it is or to eat with Oats, Granola, Chia Seed, Quinoa or in a Green Smoothie.
Now days, many healthy drink especially Non Dairy Milk are so wide range from Nut Milk, Grain Milk and Seed Milk. I like the most is Almond Milk and Soy Milk, taste is acceptable for my taste bud. I never try Oat Milk, Rice Milk, Cashew Milk, Hemp Milk, Quinoa Milk. Honestly i am quite wondering how it taste like, and the pulp? what for? Can it be used for other recipe or simply throw it
Well i found a lot of good information for Pulp Almond, that can be use for Green Smoothie, yes i did try once, and it turn out amazing, the colour become light green and taste milky creamy and rich (but still different with cow milk, of course, it is a Non Dairy Milk, what can i ask for more?) Soon i will give up Dairy Milk and Convert into Non Dairy Milk
Beside that, Pulp Almond, can be use as a snack, it's a Pulp Almond Cracker. So many improved and modified recipe. The simplest one is Almond Pulp with Grounded Flax Seed, EVOO or Grape Seed Oil, Dried Herb and Sea Salt, mix until fully combine and spread into thin layer on a baking tray (for cookies) and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown colour. This delicacies can be eaten as a cereal with a splash of Almond Milk and add more fresh Fruits like Strawberry, Banana, Kiwi and sprinkle some Chia Seed.

This rice cake is taste so great, i will buy again next time, maybe two or three package. It almost taste the same like Korean Rice Cracker, that i bought a few months ago from Korean Supermarket but in bigger size compare to this home made Rice Cracker Sesame From Club Sehat. The store keeper tell me, that i can use it as a cracker in Gado - Gado (mixed vegetable in peanut sauce, peanut can be replaced with Cashew Nuts which is more fragrant and tastier than regular peanut)
