I did some small run for five round (leaps) and walk to cool down. I love to jogging in the afternoon, on the outside from my home. It is quite wide and full of green (trees), even tho' there are a lot of cars passed by and motorcycle. Sometimes i hate the pollution and the smoke from those vehicle. Because the smell is awful and it is contaminated with pollution. I read from some article on the website, we should at least work out 3 hours in one week. I did 1 hour today. Probably i will go swim tomorrow and spent about 1 to two hours if possible.
Actually my phone seem run out of memory. So i have to delete some photos and mp3 to allow my self donwload Application called Map My Run (the size is smaller than Nike+ Running) i knew this apps from my friend, and this apps doesnt affiliated with any sports brand like Reebok or Nike.
