How to Make :
Mix Wet Ingredients like Honey, Olive Oil with Spoon or Spatula with Cinnamon Powder, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Organic Palm Sugar until fully combined.
Toast the Nuts in pan, be careful not to burn them while not use any oil.
Cut into smaller size and leave aside.
Mix Dry Ingredients like Rolled Oat, Grounded Flaxseed and Chia Seed.
Add the dry ingredients into Honey mixture and stir until well combined.
Soaked dried fruits, Goji Berry and Raisin in Apple Cider Vinegar (or you can use plain water) until puffy, to prevent too dry after baking.
Mix the soaked dried fruit (after drain it) into the mixture and stir again.
Get a Baking tray with Parchment Paper, arrange one even layer to the Tray.
Bake for 15 minutes under 160 C and take out from the oven.
Flip and scattered the granola to bake the other side.
Bake again for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take Out from oven and let it cool
(after the granola cool down, the texture become more crunchier)
FYI :
I forget to add a pinch of salt. Next time i will add Salt (to bring out all the flavour)
Keep in a jar or any container (storage like Lock n Lock) and last for about 1 week
You can also keep in the freezer and it may last longer about 2 weeks.

Granola with Fruits Smoothie or Green Smoothie
Granola with Ice Cream (any flavour like chocolate,etc) with Cherry or Almond
