Brazilian Paste
Ingredient:
Brazilian Nuts
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Cinnamon
How to :
Toast Brazilian Nuts without oil
Process the nuts in a food processor or blender until a play dough form
Pour some EVOO and Season with a pinch of Salt and Cinnamon Powder
If the paste is too thick, add more EVOO
*) You can also add Dark Chocolate (melted) for more rich flavour.

"Ant on a Log"
Ingredients:
Cucumber
Brazilian Paste
Raisin
Step by Step :
1. Peel the cucumber skin.
2. Cut into half and remove the seed with spoon
3. Place the Brazilian Paste inside the cucumber
4. Garnish with Raisin
5. Enjoy your Ant on a Log !!
*) You can replace the cucumber with Celery, and Brazilian Paste with Almond Butter
