Frozen Banana
Organic Green Spinach
Strawberry
Pineapple
Pitted Date
Plain Water
How to:
Blend the spinach with water on a blender
Add the Frozen Strawberry and Frozen Pineapple, Pitted Dates
Blend until all the ingredients are fully combined
*) You can add Chia Seed, Flax Seed or Cinnamon

I bought this groceries from Duta Buah Muara Karang. They provide a various range of fruits, veggies, snacks, etc. I saw a Madu Uray displayed on the shelf, i tried once, it taste naturally sweet and it is a local product, made in indonesia. More likely to forest honey, that good for mix in smoothies, overnight oats, almond milk or even baking.

Some people might say, to live a healthy life style must be cost a lot of money. But i guess it depend on how you spend each of your cash flow $$$.
Even a not so healthy food like pizza or a burger are more expensive than Organic Spinach or Fresh Strawberry that i bought from a store.
I do combine fruits and veggies, but the most important is the fluid that goea to your body is the concern. Because most part of our body are containa with fluid, include of our brain.
So dont forget to drink plain water (not sweet beverages like coke, soda, etc) at least 8 glasses per day. It is good to boost your immune and diet.
