This week i made a Green Smoothie, with basis of Bok Choy (Chinese Cabbage). This vegetable are so great in health benefit. Unlike some other members of the cabbage family, these ranked nutrients include omega-3s, as well as the antioxidant mineral zinc.
1. Excellent Source of Vitamin K, Vitamin C (in the form of Carotenoids), Vitamin A
Potassium, Folate, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Manganese, Iron, Vitamin B2, Phosphorus,

Numerous Antioxidant Phenolic Acids, Especially Hydroxycinnamic Acids.

Ingredients :
Frozen Banana
Frozen Strawberry
Bok Choy ( Chinese Cabbage )
Soy Milk
Brown Flaxseed Meal
Dried Goji Berry ( Wolf Berry )
Garnish :
Goji Berry
How to :
Blend all ingredients until well combined.
Garnish with Goji Berry.
Ready to Drink and Enjoy.
FYI :
This smoothie taste more creamier, because i use both banana and strawberry as frozen fruits. And it is sweetened from Soy Milk, that bought from Traditional Market (Pasar), not an Instant Soy Milk that come in a paper box (bottle). This Soy Milk are so rich and enhance the flavour of this smoothie. Bok Choy also give some natural sweet flavour as it is. You may also substitute Frozen Strawberry with Frozen Blueberries or Frozen Mixed Berries, that you can find easily on supermarket (frozen food section).

Frozen Banana
Frozen Pineapple
Fresh Papaya ( not frozen )
Bok Choy ( Chinese Cabbage )
Flaxseed Meal
Coconut Water
Garnish :
Mexican Black Chia Seed
Dried Goji Berry ( Wolf Berry )
How to :
Blend all the ingredients until well mixed.
Garnish with Chia Seed and Goji Berry.
*) Stir the smoothie with spoon, and wait for about 30 minutes, until the Chia Seed and Goji Berry become fluffy. Or just drink it right after you made it for more fresh feeling.

Chia Seed
Coconut Water
Almond Meal (the pulp from Almond Milk)
Garnish :
Dried Chinese Goji Berry ( Wolf Berry )
How to :
Blend all the ingredients until well mixed.
Garnish with Chia Seed and Goji Berry.
FYI :
The colour is more brighter compare to the smoothie on the first and second day,
because i add Almond Meal into the smoothie. You can replace Almond with other Raw Nuts like Walnut, Pecan, Cashew, Hazelnut, etc. My personal opinion about Pine Nuts, is not really match for smoothie, while the size is small and its better for salad or Pesto Sauce. But you can still give it a try, actually Pine Nuts is taste sweeter than Walnut.
