Ingredients :
Fresh Basil
Fresh Parsley
Dried Basil
Pine Nuts (toasted in pan without oil)
Garlic
Cheese (i use Gouda cheese)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Lemon Juice
Lemon Zest
How to make:
Blend all the ingredients until fully combined.
If the paste is too thick, you can add more EVOO
Ps. I did wrong storage, when i keep the fresh basil into freezer for about about 2 hours, when i take out it become watery and soggy, but still fresh, its just look blanch on the picture below. I also add another dried basil to enhance the flavour.
I am not sure is this the righy consitency of Pesto. Well at least i tried and will make it work for Steamed Salmon and Broccoli.

Looking forward to add this pesto sauce into my cooking. This home made sauce, can be added into Salmon, Pasta or even Bruschetta. This Sauce is taste creamy, rich and nutty flavour.
