I was quite bored to drink Green Smoothie, so i decided to make a Tropical Smoothie which is contain of tropical fruits like Pineapple, Kiwi, Banana, Strawberry and Pear. At first i want to eat fruits as it is, then i think to have a smoothies, because it is easily digest and good for detox. Take a little time to drink, but take more effort to blend and wash all the tools. My mom was angry because i use the blender to often, someday i will buy a new blender, to get my smoothie every day!!! LOL

As shown from the picture, the colour a bit brownish, because i add flaxseed meal (as the colour is brown) and i don't add any chia seed or goji berry on top. But later i did use it, as i forgot to add before i take the picture. Don't judge by the photo, it look not tasty, but the flavour are so great. Maybe i will make this tropical smoothie again, and blend with another fruits like mango or avocado.
