Ingredients :
Whole Rolled Oats
Dry Ingredients :
Whole Wheat Rolled Oat
Cinnamon Powder
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Raw Brazilian Nuts ( Chopped )
Raw Almond ( Chopped )
Dried Raisins ( Soaked in Apple Cider Vinegar )
Salt ( to taste )
Sugar ( i recommend to use Palm Sugar / Gula Aren )
Wet Ingredients :
EVOO ( Extra Virgin Olive Oil )
Honey ( any type, Raw Honey is the best )
How to :
Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients, Except Nuts and Rolled Oats
with spoon or Spatula until fully combined.
The result is thick paste (you can add more EVOO to make it more thin)
Add the Whole Wheat Rolled Oat and stir until all coated with the mixture.
Continue adding the chopped Nuts.
Drains the Soaked Raisin and add into the Granola mixture
(you can add at the apple cider vinegar, if you can handle the smell)
Baked in Oven for 15 Minutes, 160 C
and flip over, turn the granola, to make the Granola baked evenly.
Bake again for 15 minutes.
FYI
You can eat this home made Granola pair with Non Dairy Milk, Yoghurt or Smoothies.
If you using a RV Stove Oven like mine, try to bake in one layer instead of too many layer, to prevent to burnt on some part.
For healthier version of Granola, spread the baking tray with EVOO instead of butter.
No Need to use any parchment paper, if your baking tray is NON STICK type.
