I was quite bored of Green Smoothie,that i made yesterday. It was a Parsley Banana Smoothie. The smell is quite strong, nevertheless i still can handle it, because it is covered with the sweetness from Frozen Banana and Lemon Infused Water. I disguise myself to gulp the entire bottle of "Green Smoothie" that was really "marvelous" LOL. But truly i tell you, Parsley is a good herbs for health and you can find the recipe on my previous post.
This is i made my mind, i want to have another hearty lunch, which is made from veggie and easy to make. There is also a Nori Leftover that i bought from Duta Buah Muara Karang. I also have a green bean, enoki mushroom and Quinoa. So i made my own Vegan Sushi. This is very easy and take under 1 hour, which is very efficient and safe time.
Ingredients:
Green Bean
Enoki Mushroom
Nori ( Baked Seaweed )
Salt ( to taste )
Pepper ( to taste )
How to :
Boiled the green bean and enoki mushroom until tender. Drain and set aside.
Wash Pearl Quinoa 3 to 4 times, drain and cook for 10 minutes until simmer.
Stir with fork until it become fluffy. Drain and set aside.
Lay down the nori sheet, arrange the Green Bean, Enoki Mushroom, and Quinoa.
Rolled until become shaped of kimbab (korean sushi).
Cut into slices, and ready to serve.
Enjoy your simple Vegan Sushi.
